How an engagement typically begins

  1. 1

    Introductory call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your stage, the gap you need to close, and whether Folio is the right fit. We’ll tell you honestly if we’re not.

  2. 2

    Assessment

A two-hour structured review of your books, systems, and processes. We scope the engagement and set clear deliverables before any contract is signed.

  3. 3

    Active engagement

Your named principal is embedded in your team. Work is visible, milestones are tracked, and you have a direct line to the person doing the work.

  4. 4

    Handoff and documentation

Every engagement ends with documented processes, a trained internal owner, and a debrief. You leave with the capability to sustain the work without us.

Ready to close the gap between where your finance function is and where it needs to be?

Most engagements start with a two-hour assessment. We scope the work, set expectations, and tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
